The following is TourTech's full terms and conditions. Please familiarize yourself with this information thoroughly.
A Word About Service Fees
In recommending and providing travel services in each of our destinations, TourTech reserves accommodations and other services through locally-based tour operators with the appropriate local influence. TourTech’s policy is to ensure that reservations are honored and, in the event that there is an overbooking, comparable accommodations or travel services are provided. This policy necessitates service fees, especially in cases when marginal commissions earned from such reservations do not cover the overhead costs of confirming, processing, and pre-paying services, These costs include all telecommunication costs, international bank transactions, and all sundry disbursements. This policy is reflected in the ultimate price paid by clients for accommodations and travel services. Therefore if there are any price disparities between the published accommodation and tour rates, TourTech will not accept any claims for any price disparities, once the tour proposal and quotation has been accepted and pre-paid by clients, and/or their agent.
